The
Brazilian Churrasco
Churrasco, which means, barbeque,
is a tradition for more than three centuries in a region in southern Brazil
known as pampas (high plains). The old gauchos (Local Ranchers) cooked large
portions of poultry, pork and beef on skewers over an open fire pit. This
original and unique way of roasting meat conserved the characteristic taste
of each portion leaving the cuts full of its natural juices and flavors.
The Brazilian festive tradition comes to life at Green Field Churrascaria,
as diners will enjoy a vast selection of roasted meats carved at your table
along with a variety of Brazilian hot dishes and one of the biggest and freshest
salad bar in the country
